My point is too many have an "image" in their mind of what God does/doesn't do and is/is not, and they refuse to see God and love the Truth because they so love the image.
He creates evil and FORMS the good. What some call evil, I call growing pains.

They assaulted him with a shotgun and had no reason to try to arrest him in the first place. He was scared for his life and rightfully so. They murdered him.
It doesn't matter if he was. They had no reason to chase/assault/arrest him. He had walked into a house under construction with no windows/doors, looked at the inside, then went on jogging. All on camera. They had no reason to go after him. The Police told them he didn't commit a crime, the owner of the property says he didn't commit a crime. They were suspicious and murdered the man.
Not unless it's posted or the owner trespassed him. Remember the owner says no crime was committed.
It doesn't matter that he was a criminal, he hadn't broken a law and they had no reason to pursue and assault him. Don't forget they used racial slurs even AFTER he was killed. This was NOT a citizens arrest. The McMichaels are in prison because they're idiots who killed a man for no reason. They're where they belong.
It doesn't matter if he was under probation. You don't get to murder people on probation for no reason. Racial slurs aren't illegal, but they show mindset during the crime. They had no reason to pursue and assault him, period.

Walking into a house under construction is not casing a job site for theft, that's called an assumption. The FACT is no crime was committed that night except for his assault and murder.
It was in no way an attempted citizens arrest.
