The entire justice and judicial system is comp'd. Unless or until air cover is removed from bad actors (aka at federal level first, then state level next) nothing will change.
Run all the background checks you want and it will not change anything until honesty and integrity is restored at the top.

Courts don't care. The system is utterly and completely controlled.
Sad there's no justice coming and no legal outlet. If anyone knows someone who takes child abuse or endangerment cases, anon would love to speak with them.
Why not hold their parents accountable? Why are the property owners always the ones held accountable for others' failures?
If children make their way onto someone else's private property, the children's parents are directly to blame. They either didn't care enough to watch their kids, or they don't have any respect for the property of others.

Anon understands. At the core, if land / homeowners were allowed free use of their property without fear of lawsuit from those who didn't care enough about their kids to take care of them, everyone would cut everyone else a LOT more slack.
