What state? Have you read the actual law?

In GA where the murder happened:

§ 16-7-21. Criminal Trespass

A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she intentionally damages any property of another without consent of that other person and the damage thereto is $500.00 or less or knowingly and maliciously interferes with the possession or use of the property of another person without consent of that person.

A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she knowingly and without authority:

Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person for an unlawful purpose (looking around when fully open and not posted is not unlawful purpose);

Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving, prior to such entry, notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant that such entry is forbidden; or

Remains upon the land or premises of another person or within the vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant to depart.

There's a reason the property owner and cops say no crime was committed.

LMAO cops/sherrifs rarely ever know the law, there's a reason auditors hand them their ass constantly on trespassing and other things.

Under Florida Statute 810.08, the crime of Trespass on Property is committed when a person:

willfully enters or remains on any property other than a structure or conveyance without being authorized, licensed, or invited when notice against entering or remaining is given, either by actual communication or by posting, fencing, or cultivation; or

willfully enters or remains on the unenclosed curtilage of a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime thereon, without authorization, license, or invitation.

Read the actual law.

I know it well.

You're talking about fenced off property, the fence is your posted no trespassing. If they go over/through the fence it would be trespassing because the fence is meant to keep people out.

The Arbery case had no fence or doors, it was completely open. He was not trespassing.

Again there's a reason the cops and property owner said no crime was committed.

You're "done with" me because you're wrong. Again, we're talking about an open construction site. I do know the laws well thanks. You obviously don't.

"It shall not be necessary to give notice by posting on any ENCLOSED land or place not exceeding 5 acres in area ON WHICH THERE IS A DWELLING HOUSE in order to obtain the benefits of ss. 810.09 and 810.12 pertaining to trespass on enclosed lands.

Even in your state, he wasn't trespassing on the construction site unless it was posted.

"The offender commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, if the property trespassed is a construction site that is:

1. Greater than 1 acre in area and is legally posted and identified in substantially the following manner: “THIS AREA IS A DESIGNATED CONSTRUCTION SITE, AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY.”; or

2. One acre or less in area and is identified as such with a sign that appears prominently, in letters of not less than 2 inches in height, and reads in substantially the following manner: “THIS AREA IS A DESIGNATED CONSTRUCTION SITE, AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY.” The sign shall be placed at the location on the property where the permits for construction are located.

I'm a conservative constitutionalist, not a leftist marxist kek. The problem with your nonsense statement is Arbery didn't commit a crime that night, those who murdered him did.

The criminals are in prison where they belong.

No he wasn't trespassing. Cops and owner said no crime. Nothing was stolen. By the ACTUAL law no crime was committed.

Sorry reality doesn't fit your divide by race narrative.
