OK, let me try this one more time.

Q has given us the key.

They have everything, as they say, but they can’t use it without US. The evidence was obtained in a way that they cannot use it. But WE as civilian non-government workers can!

For our safety, Q suggested class action lawsuits. The larger the class the better!

Get it? It’s been in front of us this whole time.

So those who have been victimized by government corruption should find each other and join together and file a lawsuit. Then, include in that suit as many of the leaked documents as you can find that are appropriate to your case. When these are included in your case as evidence and become part of the legal record, THEN the military take action. When you band together like this, the class action lawsuit is affordable. This is how we FIGHT!

I think my first post on this page is a notable. Check it out. Not sure why no one is noticing. Usually they jump all over something like that.

I figured out the answer to this whole puzzle. It's in my first post on this page. Class action lawsuits in which we enter into evidence leaked documents. The government can't act on them, but WE can!

They CAN'T do it by themselves. WE have to file class action lawsuits, and then include appropriate leaked documents in the evidence. It's the key.
