Judge asked good questions and stayed engaged.
Bragg's side should had had final say but it appears they filed an unauthorized reply brief. Bragg lost final say because he took in in advance. Tough Judge but all Judges should be this type of tough. Bragg tried to take an unfair advantage he was not entitled to so this Judge took the unauthorized reply as his final oral reply.
Only thing I'm disappointed about is a ruling from the bench should have come.
