No way would I leave before the end of a suspenseful movie.
I imagine well meaning kids want to help others and cure diseases.
They want to help medically, but also know it comes with a fat paycheck. The steps require large loans to get thru the mind control medical 'school' in order to get hired and make the big bucks to pay back the school.
Once in the real world, no matter how much they have learned they cannot make big bucks without the medical association.
