That's the Pope/Roman Catholic church. Denying Christ come in the flesh and denying His authority claiming it for themselves.
Jesus said We are One people In Him. They deny that He is in us and We are in Him, and claim authority over us.
>“Look, he is coming with the clouds,” and “every eye will see him, even those who pierced him"; and all peoples on earth “will mourn because of him.” So shall it be! Amen.
The romans pierced Him. The "Holy See". The "all seeing eye".
>After He had said this, they watched as He was taken up, and a CLOUD hid Him from their sight. - Acts 1:9
>“Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.” Acts 1:11
Jesus is coming with the clouds, but don't look to the sky!
