LEO allows CP to flourish, as it serves 2 main goals,
1, it gives them an abundant source of "victims" that can be exploited due to the fact that if they don't cooperate they will go to jail for life. I use the word victim, because when they are identified they are given a choice, 25 to life, or you work for "us" now. Blackmail victims, you see now?
2, it gives them ready access to children that have already been harmed, that they can rent out for financial reward.
Anon's need to understand, that LEO does not prevent child abuse, they instead "cultivate" it, for their own purposes.
