Swiss AF exec. jet T-785 passing Prague over Germany on a straight line course. Appears like it could have taken off from Kaliningrad vicinity based on altitude of radar trace.

Swiss AF T-785 flew apparently from Kaliningrad and landed S of Bern, Switzerland. Flight time 1 hr 33 min per radar tracking.
