It is happening. My state/voting area just was changed through the last election. I voted NO but it was worded to sound good and fair, people fell for it and voted yes and now it will be changed.
He's probably involved in some of the shady/sick stuff and it's his turn to yell the loudest. His eyes look deranged and he doesn't look like he's all there to begin with. Patsy material.
