The official pdf says that one syringe is enough for one horse at 1250 lb, which is around 560 kg at a dosage of 200 mcg per kilo body weight.

Even if I take your dosage, it's still enough.
200 mcg/kg is 15 mg for an adult of weight 69-77 kg
Now I take your made up universal dosage of 35 mg, divide by 80. That would make it 430 mcg/kg, which would only be slightly more than twice the regular dosage.
Even if I triple that, the horse syringe is still enough for an average adult, in fact more than enough. A horse has way higher weight than a human.

When a woman lies about rape, and you would think that never happens, but it does, she will not go to jail, but she should.
