Chinese ‘rent-a-womb’ industry menacing US – think tank

Chinese citizens hiring American women to bear their children pose a national security risk, according to the Heritage Foundation

The burgeoning Chinese-American “rent-a-womb” industry, in which aging Chinese couples draft fertile American women to give birth to offspring with US citizenship, is a threat to national security, according to right-wing think tank the Heritage Foundation.

“When it comes to Chinese infiltration into every aspect of American life, this is a huge red flag,” Emma Waters, a research associate with the foundation, told Fox News on Friday. She described a system in which embryos are created via in vitro fertilization in China or the US and then implanted stateside in an American woman, who gives birth nine months later to an American citizen with Chinese DNA. The child is then sent back overseas, raised by Chinese parents with Chinese values.

“Chinese children birthed by an American surrogate gain and maintain the full rights of US citizenship just by being born here,” Waters wrote in a Federalist oped earlier this week, pointing out that “when the child turns 21, the parents will have direct access to citizenship through a green card application.”

Waters described the demographic camouflage US citizenship gives the Chinese children of American surrogates as a national-security threat. “We have no idea who these children are, so should they come back and get involved in research or academia or purchase contracts or even apply for jobs in sensitive areas, we don’t have clear tracking to show that these ‘US citizens’ actually had a far more complicated background and path to the US,” she explained.

No US federal or state laws require the tracking of international surrogacy procedures by country, and many fertility clinics offer their services in Mandarin alongside boasts that they are the “top destination for international surrogacy thanks to the favorable legal, societal, and medical conditions of the United States.”

Surrogacy is illegal in China, which until 2015 limited most couples to a single child – a policy that led to a significant over-representation of males in the country of 1.4 billion people. While Waters acknowledged there was no definite link between the Chinese Communist Party and the commercial surrogacy industry, she suggested its popularity was part and parcel of a Communist invasion that also includes Chinese investments in Hollywood and farmland purchases.

While Waters called for federal restrictions on Chinese surrogacy, hundreds of Chinese babies are born to American women in California alone every year, NPR revealed last year – a significantly more expensive (upwards of $100,000 per child) version of the “anchor baby” phenomenon that incited demographic panic in previous generations of Fox News audiences.

Fentanyl, Heroin, Guns, Stolen Vehicles Seized in Texas Drug Raid

HOUSTON, Texas — Law enforcement teams raided an alleged auto-theft ring in Harris County and found more than two kilos of fentanyl, guns, vehicles, cash, and other drugs. The raid took place on the southwest side of Houston.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office District 5 Captain Marcus Kinnard-Bing tweeted photos showing the items seized while executing a search warrant against a suspected auto-theft ring in southwest Houston on Friday.

The captain reports the seizure of 2.011 kilos of Fentanyl, 520 grams of methamphetamine, and 1.02 kilos of heroin. The photos also show the seizure of a weapons cache that included 38 guns. At least four of these guns were reported stolen, Kinnard-Bing tweeted.

In addition to the guns and drugs, the law enforcement teams seized 11 stolen vehicles, the captain’s report continued.

Captain Kinnard-Bing also reported the seizure of $14,720 in cash from the raid which took place in the 9200 block of Rasmus Drive in southwest Houston.

Law enforcement teams from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Houston Police Department assisted in the raid.

HCSO SWAT Lt. Bryan Bucinni reported additional units from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, ICE Homeland Security Investigations, and the Houston Fire Department also participated in the incident.

Lizzo Brings Drag Queens on Stage at All-Ages Concert in Tennessee to Protest State’s Laws

Rapper Lizzo brought a group of drag queens on stage at her all-ages concert in defiance of the state’s law that bans “adult cabaret entertainment” in public or locations where children can view it.

The legislation was signed into law by Governor Bill Lee in March, but it has been temporarily halted by a federal judge claiming that it might be a First Amendment violation.

“Adult cabaret performances” are defined in the law, in part, as “male or female impersonators.”

Lizzo’s second leg of The Special 2our tour kicked off on Friday in Knoxville at Thompson-Boling Arena.

Several of the performers brought on stage by the performer were Ru Paul’s Drag Race alumni, including Aquaria, Vanessa Vanjie, Asia O’Hara, Kandy Muse.

“In light of recent and tragic events and current events, I was told by people on the internet, ‘Cancel your shows in Tennessee,’ ‘Don’t go to Tennessee,’” Lizzo told the crowd at the concert. “Their reason was valid, but why would I not come to the people who need to hear this message the most? … Why would I not create a safe space in Tennessee where we can celebrate drag entertainers and celebrate our differences?”

“What people in Tennessee are doing is giving hope, so thank you so much for standing up for your rights, protecting each other and holding the people accountable who should be protecting us,” the performer continued.

Sesame Street character Elmo was also featured on Lizzo’s tour.

Lawsuit Filed Against DOJ For Records on Appointees Installed in the Department to Advance Biden’s Radical Agenda

America First Legal (AFL) has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice for records on “political appointees installed in the Department to advance the Biden Administration’s radical agenda.”

The lawsuit alleges that the DOJ has violated Freedom of Information Act laws by failing to provide nonexempt records related to their request.

“AFL sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Department of Justice to obtain resumes and basic records on political appointees, including names, titles, positions, salaries, ethics pledges, and more, so that the American people can know exactly who is behind the scenes at the DOJ,” AFL said in a press release about the lawsuit.

The organization filed the lawsuit to compel the DOJ to immediately release the requested documents — as required by law.

“As the DOJ continues to become weaponized against the American people, it is more important than ever that the public know exactly who is planted throughout the Department to propel this anti-American agenda,” AFL’s press release continued.

According to the organization, “AFL, is a nonprofit organization working to promote the rule of law in the United States, prevent executive overreach, ensure due process and equal protection for all Americans, and encourage public knowledge and understanding of the law and individual rights guaranteed under the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States. AFL’s mission includes promoting government transparency and accountability by gathering official information, analyzing it, and disseminating it through reports, press releases, and/or other media, including social media platforms, all to educate the public.”

“As the Biden Administration continues to weaponize the Department of Justice against law-abiding citizens who disagree with his political agenda, it’s crucial that the American people have transparency when it comes to who is actually doing Biden’s dirty work. We will continue to do everything in our power to hold the Biden Administration accountable for violating the law and concealing these records,” said America First Legal Vice President and General Counsel Gene Hamilton in a statement.

The AFL runs The Woke Wagon, a searchable database that allows the American people to identify which political appointees are working in the Biden Administration and where.

“AFL began working on this project in 2021–when it submitted FOIA requests to every department and agency across the federal government to obtain information about the Administration’s political appointees,” the Woke Wagon website states. “A number of those departments and agencies have complied with AFL’s requests, but a large number have flouted their legal obligation to provide the requested information—leading to a litigation blitz AFL initiated to obtain the records from 11 departments and agencies.”
