might even screen record this, it's weird
open gimp
open recent, select the .xcf
"+" a couple times to zoom
it's already two layers: the tweet, and the signature (which anon changed the white background to alpha already)
5. also anon already rotated it - that MIGHT be the issue, it seems to be "stuck" in the "rotate tool" somehow even though anon clicked the Rectangle Select Tool???

Ctrl+V (paste)
Try to click and drag to move it, and it highlights stuff instead
click the green icon at bottom of layer panel and it drops it in place, can't edit any further, and using "layer, transform, offset" it wraps around rather than allowing anon to actually move it successfully…
