Does anyone else feel like this commercial is intentionally unfunny/poorly made?

There's a comment: "Good premise but poor execution. Could have been a lot better."

It's like they're trying to make conservatives seem out of touch and not funny.

I've noticed that the quality of memes and music videos has skyrocketed, especially since recent AI tools were released, and they make for a much more compelling presentation of conservative values for people who haven't been red-pilled.

The left has always had the money to make their propaganda extremely high-quality. Now, that playing field is being leveled out, and it's making the conservative base much more appealing.

TLDR: Desantis (et al.) is trying to encourage the stereotype that Republicans are cringy and don't have a sense of humor.
