speaking from experience…some things that might work for you:
say the 'Our Father' continuously, as well as repeating the name of 'Jesus' as often as you can
get some holy water and sprinkle it around you and your home and doors.
Leave opened jars of it around, in your bedroom where you sleep.
You can go enter any catholic church and get holy water. They should have an urn or a font, fountain like, full of it.
just walk in and fill up a big jar.
LIght a candle in the church. Every church has a set around but they may not be accessible if the church is locked. The Holy Water usually is accessible.
anymore, the candles are just lights that you switch on after making a donation, if you choose to.
Some churches still have wax candles, that you may be able to take home and light.
or take some up there and sprinkle them with holy water.
It seems the more you pray and fast and try to do it regularly, the more the demons come after you.
they don't want you to be good.
