The more I think about things, it seems to me that any 'accidental' release of NSA data would need to be AFTER the C_A is heavily toasted. By that I mean the clowns out of Syria and other places. They are the international arm for the cabaliers and are the group selling drugs and arms and hiring mercs with the proceeds. The mess in Syria is nearly indecipherable due to the clowns there alongside our military, some of which may be comped or bought.
NessA cannot replace C_A unless the latter is neutralized. I do NOT think this is going to happen for some time, unless GH has a lot of friends/allies within her demesnes.
My guess is that the FBI has to be made right in order to secure things against the cabal enforcement/war arm. The border has to be controlled for the same reason.
Thinking and hoping this is going to happen in one fell swoop is not thinking, but rather wishful thinking. The plan is complex and timetables must slide depending on pieces moving on the board. NOT trying to dishearten anyone, but logically there is a lot to do to take just our own country back, and until the C_A is toasted, other countries must do for their own people.
