Doing a little digging and dropping my findings here to archive for future use:
The FDA response: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/23786932-fda-letter-on-covid-19-vaccine-labeling
It was signed by: Peter Marks, MD, PhD
Digging on Peter Marks:

In that background, he is mum on who his employer in the pharmaceutical industry was. This is what was said:
"So, I moved to a position in the pharmaceutical industry for a few years. It turned out to be a very productive period of my career: I was involved in the successful regulatory approval of the first oral iron chelator in the U.S. and helped to set the direction for the regulatory approval of two other products that are now on the market."
Looking up what the first oral chelator in the US was, it is a drug called: Deferiprone
According to dailymed.nlm.nih.gov, Deferiprone is made by a pharmaceutical company called Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc.: https://archive.ph/UIBos
Hikma Pharmaceuticals was formerly known as West-Ward Pharmaceuticals, but they were acquired by the Hikma group.
Hikma Pharmaceuticals trades on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol HIK.L Vanguard appears to be their largest shareholder at a combined (across 3 entities) 4.64%.
They manufacture hundreds of different pharmaceutical drugs including a testosterone replacement therapy drug and fentanyl among numerous other drugs.
This is as far as I could go for now.
