"Panda Cam" is pedo lingo for watching a live stream of of a MAP cuddling or "napping" with an infant or young child, naked or clothed.
It's a combination of "Pedo Bear", "Sexual Harrassment Panda", how panda's cuddle their young, and the known "panda eyes"(sexual abuse of children.)
Can you find public figures in news & entertainment talking about watching a "Panda Cam" at a zoo?
Just for fun I translated "DHOP" into the Russian alphabet, in reverse, and I came up with something like "рочд" or phonetically like "roasted" or "rohd". Who knows.
