To reduce some of the chaos at the border workers from Mexico and Central America should be able to get short term work permits (through a lottery or rotating system) and employers must show evidence that all their non-citizen employees have such valid permits or be fined $100,000 (plus) per infraction. Any workers overstaying their permit then get deported without need for trial etc. This is a way to reduce those seeking economic opportunities from sending or bringing their children illegally across the border as a way to access the US.

An important way to deal with many of these subversion issues is to prohibit dual citizenship. If you want to be an American, you must renounce any other citizenship. Also, government positions elected or non-elected should prohibit dual citizenship. Where is your loyalty?
