Ladies and gents, meet Stephanie Wilkinson, owner of the Red Hen restaurant

Oh goodness, it looks like Red Hen already had a perception problem, viewed as some by overpriced for the Lexington market relative to other restaurants.

That is so sad. Restaurants are all on a fine line when it comes of profitability.

One bad PR move is often all it takes to put one out of business, especially at the high end of the market.

What a shame it would be if they became notorious for some reason, and their suppliers began feeling heat about being listed on their Web site.
