Explosive New Study Finds Face Masks May Increase Stillbirths, Testicular Dysfunction, Cognitive Decline – In Kids

A new study by German researchers has concluded that face masks can cause carbon dioxide poisoning when worn even for short periods and may have contributed significantly to stillbirths when worn by pregnant women, as well as testicular dysfunction and cognitive decline in children, among other destructive health issues.

As reported by the Daily Mail, the research, published in the journal Heliyon, comprises a review of 43 previously published studies on exposure to CO2, mask-wearing, and pregnancy.

The study notes that even short-term exposure to concentrations of CO2 as low as 0.3% caused brain damage, increased anxiety, and impaired memory in both pregnant rats and young mice in one study.

In another, when male mice were exposed to 2.5 percent CO2 for four hours, testicular cells and sperm were destroyed. The equivalent amount for humans would be 0.5 percent of CO2 over the same time period.

Yet another experiment discovered that stillbirth and birth defects occurred in pregnant rats that were exposed to just 3 percent CO2, which would be equal to 0.8 percent for humans.

The study also points to research that found just five minutes of mask wearing resulted in CO2 levels increasing to between 1.4 percent and 3.2 percent.

While they note that the review provides ‘circumstantial evidence’ only, the researchers allude to a surge in stillbirths during the pandemic, saying that masks could have contributed.

Swedish researchers previously found that the stillbirth rate increased from seven per 1000 births to 21 per 1000 births after the pandemic, while a leading UK hospital saw a four-fold increase in its stillbirth rate.

“Circumstantial evidence exists that popular mask use may be related to current observations of a significant rise of 28 percent to 33 percent in stillbirths worldwide,” the German researchers asserted.

They also note that research indicates “reduced verbal, motor, and overall cognitive performance of two full standard deviations in scores in children born during the pandemic.”

Lia Thomas calls his female critics 'fake feminists' in conversation comparing treatment of men in women's sports with historic mistreatment of black people

Lia Thomas calls his female critics 'fake feminists' in conversation comparing treatment of men in women's sports with historic mistreatment of black people

It went on to say, "However, we also recognize that when it comes to sports competition, that the biology of sex is a separate issue from someone’s gender identity. Biologically, Lia holds an unfair advantage over competition in the women’s category, as evidenced by her rankings that have bounced from #462 as a male to #1 as a female."

Thomas spoke on "Dear Schuyler" to the letter, saying it is "frustrating in the regard that they're like, 'oh we respect Lia as a woman, as a trans woman, whatever, we respect her identity, we just don't think it's fair.' And I think you can't really have that sort of half support where you're like 'oh, I respect you as a woman here but not here.'"

"You can't do that, you can't sort of break down me as a person into little pieces," added the former male athlete.

Bailar noted that the fight to protect women's sports has become a big movement, executed "under the guise of feminism. Oh, we're just feminists. We're just fighting for women."

Thomas agreed, later saying, "They're using the guise of feminism to sort of push transphobic beliefs. I think a lot of people in that camp sort of carry an implicit bias against trans people, but don’t want to, I guess, fully manifest or speak that out. And so they try to just play it off as this sort of half-support."

After arguing that feminists who sought to keep men out of women's sports were ideologically incoherent, Bailar likened the corresponding claim of seeking fairness on the basis of sex to the ambivalence of racists about black women competing in sports.

"Please tell me why are all these women, you know, in tears? Why are they crying? What is the pain that trans women are causing them? And the answer was something about opportunities being taken away," said Bailar, adding, "It was the same exact arguments that came up when black women began to be in sports. … You don't want a woman who doesn't look like you, perhaps, or who is fitting your version of womanhood to win."

Thomas, having ostensibly agreed with Bailar's remarks, suggested that "transphobia in sports" should be contextualized more broadly in "patriarchal ideals of what a woman is and who can be a woman."

The Independent Council on Women’s Sports responded to the podcast, tweeting, "We agree with Lia Thomas on one thing: 'You can't really have that sort of half-support.' We do not in ANY way support the injustice of male participation in women's sports. We are all in for female athletes. Not half. ALL in."

Obama-Biden Administration Linked To Ghislaine Maxwell’s Hideout House Where She Got Arrested

What Is "Granite Reality LLC"?

A top Obama-Biden administration banking official employs and works with the man who set up the anonymous “LLC” company that owned the house where Ghislaine Maxwell was hiding in New Hampshire when she was arrested by the FBI, according to records obtained by NATIONAL FILE. How did Ghislaine Maxwell manage to lay low prior to her arrest in a house that was known as “Tuckedaway”? The paper trail leads to the doorstep of power.

Jeffrey Roberts was the listed manager of Granite Reality LLC, which mysteriously bought Ghislaine Maxwell’s house in Bradford, New Hampshire in cash. The LLC was formed the month before it bought the house for over $1 million. Thus, Jeffrey Roberts’ LLC owned the house where Ghislaine Maxwell got arrested, and Jeffrey Roberts has worked directly for an Obama-Biden official. Jeffrey Roberts was replaced at Granite Reality LLC after Maxwell’s arrest in 2020.

Jeffrey Roberts is a lawyer at the Boston law firm Nutter McLennen & Fish, which was led for many years by Thomas J. Curry, who served as a top official in the Barack Obama administration.

Thomas J. Curry was nominated in 2012 by Barack Obama to be Comptroller of the Currency, a Treasury Department office that manages U.S. federal banking. He was confirmed by the Senate and served in this important role until he was replaced in early 2017 in the early period of President Trump’s administration.

Thomas J. Curry is a retired partner at the Boston law firm Nutter McLennen & Fish. He served — or currently still serves — on the firm’s COVID-19 task force with Jeffrey Roberts, who is on the Executive Committee for the firm and who is the chairman of the firm’s Private Client Department. The firm’s website shows that both Curry and Jeffrey Roberts are listed on the Task Force.

Thomas J. Curry, identified as a Nutter partner, and two Nutter associates wrote an article for Banker & Tradesman in February 2021 discussing the Joe Biden administration’s new hires and how they were expected to push for financial regulation.

Why did Ghislaine Maxwell involve a lawyer from the Nutter firm to get her hideaway house and to keep her location secret?

The Maxwell family is integrally involved in geopolitics. Ghislaine Maxwell’s father Robert Maxwell was reportedly a spy for the nation of Israel. As NATIONAL FILE reported, at least two of Ghislaine Maxwell’s nephews worked for the Obama-Biden administration including a nephew at Hillary Clinton’s State Department and a nephew in the Obama-Biden White House. Ghislaine Maxwell’s associate accused human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, broke into the globalist establishment in the 1970’s managing money at Bear Stearns for Edgar Bronfman, the father of heiresses Clare and Sara Bronfman, who oversaw the NXIVM human trafficking cult. Sara Bronfman almost became the First Lady of Libya after Hillary Clinton’s overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi, while Ghislaine Maxwell’s nephew worked on the Libya issue for Hillary Clinton in her Benghazi-tainted term at the State Department. Jeffrey Epstein worked for the nation of Israel, according to former Israeli intelligence official Ari Ben-Menashe and confirmed by Rolling Stone magazine.

Ghislaine Maxwell’s ties to the Biden regime raise big questions about Biden’s war for Ukraine against Russia.

E. Jean Carroll chokes up when describing alleged rape by Trump: ‘I can still feel’ pain

E. Jean Carroll testified she can “still feel” the pain, choking up in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday as she recounted Donald Trump allegedly raping her in a Bergdorf Goodman fitting room nearly three decades ago.

Carroll’s voice broke as she told jurors she always wondered “why I walked in” to the department store changing room — where she alleged Trump “shoved” and pinned her against a wall, pulled her tights down and forced his fingers inside her before raping her.

“As I am sitting here today, I can still feel” the pain, Carroll, 79, testified.

“I always think back to why I walked in there,” Carroll said, as her voice broke, “to get myself in that situation.”

The former journalist took the stand on the second day of trial in her lawsuit accusing Trump, 76, of raping her in the spring of 1996 and then defaming her when he denied her claims decades later.

The former president was not in court for her testimony and also did not attend the start of the proceedings on Tuesday.

Carroll described how she ran into the real estate mogul at the Fifth Avenue store — which was across from Trump Tower.

The pair began “flirting” and bantering, she claimed.

Trump asked Carroll, then 52, to help him find a gift for a woman, which “delighted” Carroll — who as the advice columnist of Elle magazine’s “Ask E. Jean” loved the prospect of giving the prominent New York City personality advice on a present.

Carroll said Trump took her up to the lingerie department, where he tossed a sheer gray lace bodysuit at her and told her to try it on — prompting her to joke back that he should try it on.

Carroll said she thought at the time that the encounter would make a “great story.”

“He said ‘Let’s try this on’ and motioned toward the dressing room,” Carroll recalled.

Once inside, Trump closed the door and “shoved” her against the wall, bumping her head, she claimed.

Carroll pushed him back but he shoved her a second time, knocking her head again — and pinned her against the wall before pulling her tights down, Carroll testified.

Trump then allegedly raped Carroll before she was finally able to break free after she managed to lift her knee and shove him off, she recounted.

She then fled the store, she claimed.

She told the jury it was “very stupid” of her to walk into a changing room, noting the door was open.

“And that open door has plagued me for years because I just walked into it,” she said.

Carroll said she felt shame and blame for the attack for walking into the room, and because she had been flirting with Trump leading up to the moment of the alleged attack.

“I know people have been through a lot worse than this,” Carroll testified.

“But it left me unable to ever have a romantic life again.”

Second American Killed In Sudan After Biden Admin Doesn’t Evacuate Civilians

The White House confirmed Wednesday a second American has died in Sudan since violence erupted earlier this month between two warring generals.

National Security Council spokesman John Kirby shared the news with reporters on a call Wednesday morning, but did not provide details on the identity of the American of the nature of their death, except that it occurred Tuesday. He said the administration offers its condolences to the family and is stressing to Sudanese leaders that they are responsible for the safety of civilians in the country.

Kirby added that the United States is actively facilitating the evacuation of some Americans from Sudan, using U.S. surveillance and intelligence assets to guide Americans to Port Sudan.

The Biden administration is still claiming that it is unsafe to conduct a government-run evacuation, such as an airlift, despite a number of other countries including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Japan having done so in recent days. As of Monday afternoon, there were at least “dozens” of Americans still in the country looking for a way out, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said.

The State Department confirmed the first American killed in Sudan last Friday, without offering details about them or the incident. Government estimates indicate there are around 16,000 Americans in the country, although it is unclear how recent that estimate is and how many of those are dual nationals with roots in the country.

Serious fighting began in Sudan weeks ago between two rival generals who had been in a power sharing agreement after a coup in 2019. The two generals were intended to transition to a civilian, democratic government, but talks apparently broke down and the country has now descended into civil war. More than 500 people have been killed in the fighting so far, and the airport in Khartoum is closed.

EU Announces Stricter Content Moderation Rules for Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Other Tech Platforms

The European Commission announced on Tuesday a slew of social media platforms and other Big Tech websites that will come under stricter content moderation surrounding so-called hate speech and disinformation by the summer.

Under the European Union’s recently adopted Digital Services Act (DSA), which the bloc has described as providing “an unprecedented level of public oversight” on the internet, the European Commission will place at least 19 online platforms under its strictest level of censorship by August 25th.

Announcing the measure, European Commissioner for Internal Market Thierry Breton said: “With great scale comes great responsibility,” adding: “They will not be able to act as if they are too big to care.”

So far, the Commission has identified Alibaba AliExpress, Amazon Store, Apple AppStore, Bing, Booking.com, Facebook, Google Play, Google Maps, Google Search, Google Shopping, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Wikipedia, YouTube, and Zalando as those in need of stricter ‘content moderation’.

The Digital Services Act specifies that websites or online platforms with at least 45 million users within the EU will come under more regulatory scrutiny, under the premise that they hold a special responsibility to police the internet and provide “safety” for their user base, with the legislation greatly expanding the ability of Brussels to police so-called ‘hate speech’ and ‘disinformation’.

Those that fail to comply with the censorship law by February of 2024 will face fines from the EU of up to six per cent of their global revenue as well as face a potential ban from Europe entirely.

The driving force behind the legislation, Thierry Breton, a former French tech executive, has previously warned new Twitter boss Elon Musk that the microblogging site could run the risk of being banned in the European Union should it restore the free speech roots of the company.

Although the bill claims to try to protect free speech, Breton himself has backed Big Tech taking censorship into their own hands, seemingly expressing support for Twitter’s decision to ban then-President Donald Trump in 2021, saying that tech companies “have recognised their responsibility, duty and means to prevent the spread of illegal viral content”.

The announcement on Tuesday is just the latest challenge facing Twitter since Elon Musk took over the platform. Earlier this month, prosecutors in Berlin announced that they have opened up legal action against the platform under Germany’s Network Enforcement Act (NetzDG) for failing to purge “illegal” content such as hate speech and insults. Should the case be successful the Silicon Valley giant could face a fine of up to €50 million.

While Twitter chief Elon Musk has expressed a desire to facilitate free speech on his platform, he has also said that Twitter will abide by local laws of governments around the world such as in the EU, where there are not robust First Ammendment-style protections for speech like in the United States.

Genetic and biological weaponry continues to be deployed across the food supply

Now that human beings are learning to reject mRNA vaccine experiments and associated biological warfare, there is a new global agenda that seeks to inject animals with mRNA bioweapons and taint the food supply with genetic weaponry. Animals cannot give consent, so they are the perfect vessels to experiment on. Animals are also the perfect vessels to reach humans who no longer consent to this experimental genetic weaponry en masse.

Vaccines have been transfecting humans with animal viruses for decades

The history of vaccination has proven animal cells to be a great modality to transfect humans with cancer-causing viruses. For instance, between 1955 and 1963, hundreds of millions of people in North America, South America, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Africa received polio vaccines that were contaminated with SV40, a monkey virus. Early polio vaccines were produced by growing polio viruses in monkey cell cultures that were naturally contaminated with SV40. An estimated 10-30% of all polio vaccines are contaminated with this cancer-causing animal virus. Studies suggest that oncogenic PyV was introduced into the human population through contaminated polio vaccines. Vaccines for RSV, adenovirus and hepatitis A have also been shown to spread the SV40 virus. This oncogenic PyV is associated with malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM), bone, brain, lung, thyroid, pituitary, and urothelial tumors, pleomorphic adenomas of parotid glands, choroid plexus tumors, and ependymomas in children.

This sick, ghastly vaccine experimentation will continue to occur, albeit more directly through the food supply, and more efficiently using mRNA platforms designed for beef, swine and produce.

Even worse, new mRNA programs to “protect animal populations” could be subterfuge altogether – the perfect excuse to manipulate human DNA and prime humans for further population control. As human genetics are programmed through the food supply, their genetic and environmental vulnerabilities could be studied further, and new predatory vaccine campaigns, DNA harvesting diagnostics, and biological weapons could be formulated to exploit these engineered weaknesses.

Former Michigan Republican House Speaker Pleads Guilty To Accepting Bribes From Marijuana Businesses

Rick Johnson, who led Michigan House Republicans from 2001-2004, pleaded guilty Tuesday to accepting bribes from businesses seeking marijuana licenses in the Great Lakes State.

From 2017-2019, Johnson chaired the Medical Marijuana Licensing Board, a state board that had the authority to decide which businesses could get into the marijuana business. During that time, Johnson received cash payments totaling at least $110,200 and other benefits from businesses and lobbyists seeking medical marijuana licenses, according to prosecutors, The Detroit News reported.

Johnson faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. He is expected to be sentenced within three to four months, according to Magistrate Judge Phillip Green. The former Michigan lawmaker was released Tuesday on an unsecured bond of $25,000, which means he was allowed to leave without making a deposit. Johnson’s guilty plea comes as investigators continue to look into how money has influenced marijuana policymaking in Michigan.

“This investigation is ongoing, which is to say we may or may not bring future charges in this case,” U.S. Attorney Mark Totten said. “But what I can say is that the investigation and prosecution of public corruption is a priority for our office. We will follow it wherever we find it.”

Last week, businessman John Dawood Dalaly pleaded guilty to bribing Johnson. Dalaly said he gave Johnson at least $68,200 and provided two flights for him to Canada. Dalaly also told a federal judge that he hired Johnson’s wife Janice as a consultant and paid her $4,000 a month. Janice Johnson helped Dalaly fill out paperwork that would go before the board that Johnson chaired. As part of Johnson’s plea deal, she cannot be charged, the judge said Tuesday.

Lobbyists Brian Pierce and Vincent Brown, who allegedly gave Johnson $42,000 in cash and benefits, have also agreed to plead guilty and cooperate with investigators.

Medical marijuana became legal in Michigan in 2008 and recreational marijuana use was approved by voters in 2018. The Medical Marijuana Licensing Board was disbanded by Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2019 after she took office.

Michigan’s marijuana business raked in $2.3 billion in 2022, according to the state’s Cannabis Regulatory Agency, making Michigan the second-largest cannabis market in the U.S. behind California.

Roadside Drug Tests Used to Convict People Aren’t Particularly Accurate. Courts Are Beginning to Prevent Their Use.

Field test kits provide the evidence most commonly used to secure convictions in drug cases in the U.S. One judge called the tests “arbitrary and unlawful guesswork.”

One morning in September 2017, Judge Christopher Plourd opened an unusual hearing at the Imperial County Superior Courthouse, a half-hour north of the California-Mexico border. It involved three illegal drug possession cases that were unrelated to one another.

Each of the cases had relied on the results of chemical field test kits used by corrections officers at nearby state prisons. The kits indicated crumbs and shreds of paper that guards found on the inmates contained heroin and amphetamine. But a state forensic laboratory later analyzed the debris utilizing a far more reliable test and found no trace of illegal drugs. The defendants were factually innocent.

Rather than simply close the cases, defense attorneys asked the court to determine whether the NIK Public Safety brand field tests used in California’s prisons were too unreliable to show to grand jurors. In effect, they put on trial the evidence most commonly used to secure convictions in drug cases in the U.S.

Plourd ruled in early 2018 that the test kit “does not meet a scientific admissibility standard” and therefore “does not support the grand jury indictment.”

In other words, the tests were guilty.

The Imperial County cases are believed to be the first time a judge blocked field tests from contributing to indictments. In the years since, defendants and inmates in multiple states have scored additional legal victories against agencies using the kits and the companies selling them.

“For years, these tests have had this unjustified scientific veneer,” said Des Walsh, founder of the Roadside Drug Test Innocence Alliance, which advocates for the use of more accurate testing technology. “Finally, we believe the tide is turning with this dawning awareness of the unacceptably high rate of false positives.”

In a 2016 series of stories, ProPublica documented law enforcement’s widespread use of field tests to make arrests and secure convictions despite serious flaws. No government agency regulates their use. The officers who perform the tests to make arrests on the street often have little or no training in their use.

Since then, the new court rulings have contributed to a growing movement to change the way drug cases are prosecuted in America. Courts across the country have long known that field tests are error prone and require forensic laboratories to confirm the results for jury trials. However, nearly all drug convictions in the U.S. come by plea deals during initial hearings, where chemical kits are the primary evidence of guilt.

Courts have overturned 131 drug convictions in the past 10 years after laboratory analysis determined the alleged drugs were legal substances, according to a database maintained by the National Registry of Exonerations. A large majority of those wrongful convictions originated in Harris County, Texas, where the crime lab analyzed its backlog of suspected drugs from closed cases and discovered the evidence in hundreds of convictions did not contain drugs. The defendants in those cases had pleaded guilty at preliminary hearings.

The tests are small plastic pouches holding vials of chemicals. They’re cheap, roughly $2 apiece, and easy to use. Officers open the pouch and add the substance to be tested. The tests are designed to produce specific colors when mixed with drugs like heroin, cocaine or methamphetamine. But dozens of items, including foods and household cleaners, trigger similar reactions.

During the Imperial County hearing, an executive at the Safariland Group, the nation’s largest field test manufacturer, testified the company keeps a list of more than 50 legal substances that cause positive results. Court records show chocolate sometimes turns the liquid a similar shade of green as heroin in the NIK kits.

Fauci, DOD, & CDC Funded Deadly Pathogen Research At Sudanese Biolab Seized By Militants.

Sudan’s National Public Health Laboratory – whose recent seizure by militants has prompted warnings of causing a “huge biological risk” – received financial and personnel support from U.S. government bodies including the Department of Defense, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institutes of Health agency, War Room can reveal.

The stunning revelation follows Nima Saeed Abid, the World Health Organization (WHO) representative in Sudan, admitting the situation was “extremely dangerous” because “we have polio isolates in the lab, we have measles isolates in the lab, we have cholera isolates in the lab.” U.S. federal funding has directly supported research conducted by researchers from the high-risk laboratory into cholera.

“There is a huge biological risk associated with the occupation of the central public health lab in Khartoum by one of the fighting parties,” he added.

The lab, which is based in the country’s capital Khartoum, is a recipient of support from a variety U.S. government agencies including the Department of Defense (DOD), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC), and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). During Dr. Fauci’s tenure as a National Institutes of Health (NIH) agency leader, he also allocated funds to support research involving scientists from the controversial laboratory.

CDC.

A pamphlet titled “CDC In South Sudan,” published in August of 2022, reveals the extent of the government agency’s involvement in the country.

“In May 2018, CDC supported establishment of the first viral load monitoring facility at South Sudan’s National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL),” explains a synopsis of the CDC’s involvement with the lab.

A key feature of the CDC’s involvement with the lab was “Laboratory Systems Strengthening,” with the agency noting:

“Since 2006, CDC has partnered with the Global Fund to support South Sudan’s NPHL by strengthening laboratory infrastructure, staffing, and technical capacity.”

“With technical support from CDC, the Ministry of Health developed and released consolidated national HIV treatment guidelines and five laboratory manuals and standard operating procedures for NPHL staff and HIV/AIDS program staff,” continues the CDC.

Compelled by court, Netanyahu pays back $270,000 gift to late cousin’s estate

Funding for legal fees ruled illicit by High Court in October; coalition tried to push bill allowing PM to keep money but postponed it after pressure by opposition and coalition

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday returned $270,000 to the estate of his deceased cousin and former benefactor Nathan Milikowsky after the High Court of Justice ruled in October that the premier must give back the funds on the grounds that it was an illicit gift.

Netanyahu’s lawyers handed confirmation to State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman that the money was transferred. The latter requested that the prime minister’s representatives also provide proof that the money entered into the account.

The court determined in its ruling that the money, received by Netanyahu and his wife Sara to fund their legal fees while he served as prime minister during his last term, was a prohibited gift to a public servant.

Although Milikowsky and Netanyahu were cousins, business interests were a more dominant factor in the reason for the gift, and the money went way beyond what was acceptable as a routine gift between family members, judges said.

In January, the High Court rejected a bid by Netanyahu for an additional hearing on its judgment.

Manhattan DA asks court to order Trump to keep evidence confidential

Manhattan prosecutors are asking a judge to prevent former President Trump from disseminating evidence in his hush money criminal case publicly after his lawyers declined to consent to such an agreement, according to court filings.

Prosecutors are arguing a protective order, which would place rules on how Trump can use evidence prosecutors turn over to him during discovery, is needed given his history of attacking those involved in legal proceedings against him.

At Trump’s arraignment earlier this month, Assistant District Attorney Catherine McCaw indicated prosecutors were negotiating such an order with his legal team and were “very close to agreement and finalizing the language.”

But those talks have apparently broken down.

“Initially, the People sought to negotiate the terms of a protective order with defense counsel,” McCaw wrote to the judge this week.

“Defense counsel has since indicated that they will not consent to a protective order, so the People are now moving for such an order,” she continued.

Trump attorney Susan Necheles told The Hill the former president will file a response next week.

“We haven’t resolved anything yet,” Joe Tacopina, another attorney representing Trump in the case, told The Hill earlier this month when asked about the negotiations.

Beyond keeping the discovery private, prosecutors are also hoping to prevent Trump from viewing the evidence when his lawyers aren’t present. They further want to redact the names of certain district attorney staff from the materials until a trial begins and require Trump to get consent from prosecutors before he can see forensic images of witness cellphones.

Manhattan prosecutors noted Trump’s attacks about the past probe into Russia’s election interference in the 2016 election, the current federal investigations into Jan. 6, 2021, the mishandling of government records at Mar-a-Lago, and the probe by Georgia authorities over Trump’s effort to influence the election there.

“This pattern, particularly given that Defendant is currently under federal investigation for his handling of classified materials, gives rise to significant concern that Defendant will similarly misuse grand jury and other sensitive materials here,” McCaw wrote.

Trump’s legal team is expected to leverage the materials as they prepare a motion to dismiss the indictment. But prosecutors said at Trump’s arraignment they wanted a protective order before handing any of it over.

Netherlands expands euthanasia laws to include terminally ill children as young as 1-year-old

The Netherlands became the first country in the world to legalize euthanasia in 2002

The Netherlands is set to expand its euthanasia regulations to include assisting in the death of children ages 1 to 12 years old.

"The current Scheme for Termination of Pregnancy and Termination of Life for Newborns (LZA/LP) will be amended and expanded to include termination of life in children aged 1-12," a post from the Dutch government earlier this month stated.

"This concerns a small group of terminally ill children who suffer hopelessly and unbearably, whose palliative care options are not sufficient to relieve their suffering and who are expected to die in the foreseeable future."

The post stated that "termination of life is the only reasonable alternative to end the hopeless and unbearable suffering of the child" and said five to 10 children per year fall under this category.

In 2002, the Netherlands was the first country in the world to legalize euthanasia under strict conditions. All cases of euthanasia must be reported to medical review boards.

The law already provided possibilities for euthanasia involving terminally ill babies until their first birthday and for children aged older than 12.

Biden Greatly Expands Program to offer Illegal Immigrants in the U.S. “Temporary” Reprieve

Besides condoning record-breaking illegal immigration (2.4 million migrants in fiscal year 2022), the Biden administration is quietly protecting hundreds of thousands of foreign nationals who for years have lived in the U.S. illegally by multiplying a program designed to offer temporary reprieve. The provisional amnesty is known as Temporary Protected Status (TPS), a humanitarian measure designed to shield undocumented aliens from deportation during emergencies. It is supposed to be a short-term solution for foreigners that do not quality as refugees but cannot immediately return home because of difficulties caused by factors such as violence, natural disasters, or political and economic instability. TPS, which is typically granted in 18-month increments, not only protects foreign nationals from deportation it also allows them to work in the U.S.

The Obama administration went crazy with TPS, renewing it for tens of thousands of Hondurans and Nicaraguans more than a decade and a half after a hurricane hit the Central American nations, prolonging it for Africans two years after originally issuing it due to Ebola, and repeatedly restoring it for tens of thousands of Haitians years after an earthquake struck the impoverished island. During its two terms the Obama administration never missed an opportunity to offer illegal immigrants reprieve, using inclement weather in the U.S., a virus, natural disasters and tainted water in an American city to extend the perk. Nationals of Yemen have been protected by both Democrats and Republicans, receiving TPS over “ongoing armed conflict” under Obama and two extensions under Trump. It is worth noting that Yemen is a hotbed of terrorism that serves as the headquarters of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).

In an apparent effort to keep its promise of rebuilding a safe, orderly and humane immigration system that Biden asserts “was gutted by the previous Administration,” the president has greatly expanded the number of immigrants who qualify for TPS, a new report reveals. Using figures obtained from the government, the report, published by a well-known nonpartisan think tank, estimates that 670,000 individuals from 16 countries are either registered for TPS or newly eligible for it. Illegal aliens from the following countries currently benefit from the temporary reprieve: Afghanistan, Cameroon, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Haiti, Honduras, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Syria, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen. El Salvador leads with more than 190,000 TPS beneficiaries in the U.S. followed by Venezuela (171,550) and Haiti (105,000), the figures show.

The moment he got elected president, Biden worked to broaden the TPS program adding several countries including Afghanistan, Cameroon, Myanmar, Ukraine and Venezuela. The administration has also extended the terms of eligibility for those that were already covered by the amnesty, according to the report. The commander-in-chief has also fought to get Congress to pass a law allowing TPS recipients to receive legal residency (also known as a green card) that would eventually allow them to become American citizens. “The Biden administration’s expansions stand in contrast to the Trump administration’s efforts to end TPS for nearly all beneficiaries, which were blocked by a series of lawsuits,” the report states. “Those lawsuits are ongoing and continue to threaten the future of the TPS program and create uncertainty for its participants.”

Most illegal immigrants protected under TPS have lived in the U.S. for decades and have settled in every state with California, Florida, New York and Texas seeing the largest numbers. The humanitarian relief was approved by Congress as part of the Immigration Act of 1990 and gives the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) secretary the authority to designate a country for TPS to offer safe haven to foreign nationals who do not qualify for asylum but claim to be fleeing a potentially dangerous situation back home. The government is required to announce 60 days before any TPS designation expires whether it will be extended. If it does not the TPS automatically extends for six months.

Biden Admin Taps Ford's Top Electric Vehicle Lobbyist as Energy Department Adviser

Auto giant's head of government affairs has defended partnership with Chinese battery maker

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm has a new adviser: Ford's top electric vehicle lobbyist, who has defended the auto giant's use of taxpayer funds to build batteries with Chinese technology.

Granholm earlier this month tapped Ford lobbyist Christopher Smith to serve on her Secretary of Energy Advisory Board, which guides Granholm on how best to achieve a "global clean energy revolution." As Ford's chief government affairs officer—a role Smith will keep while serving on the board—Smith has lobbied an array of federal entities on green policies. Ford's most recent disclosure, for example, shows that Smith lobbied the Energy Department on electric vehicles and greenhouse gas emission regulations just days before Granholm announced his status as an advisory board member.

Smith's inclusion on the board comes as Ford attempts to fend off congressional scrutiny of its partnership with a Chinese battery maker. The company in February announced its plan to open a multibillion-dollar battery factory in Michigan alongside Chinese manufacturer Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), which will provide technology, equipment, and workers to help build and run the factory. Ford says it will use the factory to receive lucrative subsidies and tax breaks under President Joe Biden's so-called Inflation Reduction Act, despite provisions in the massive climate package aimed at preventing China from receiving funds.

After congressional Republicans attacked Ford's taxpayer-funded Chinese partnership, the auto giant deployed Smith to defend the arrangement. In a March 6 op-ed, Smith said Ford's Chinese partners will have no "control of the plant" and will not directly receive taxpayer funds. But Ford itself has admitted that CATL will provide personnel "to help with operations," and any federal subsidies Ford receives through the plant will no doubt help the company pay to license its Chinese partner's technology.

While Smith's explanation seems to have satisfied Granholm, it has not pleased top China hawks on the Hill. Days after Smith's op-ed, Florida Republican senator Marco Rubio introduced legislation aimed at barring Ford from using taxpayer funds to build batteries with Chinese technology.

"Without additional restrictions, Chinese companies will benefit from the subsidies President Joe Biden claimed would spur domestic manufacturing," Rubio said. "Hard-working Americans should not be forced to subsidize Chinese companies that make batteries for electric vehicles that cost more than most people make in a year."

The Energy Department did not return a request for comment. Ford told the Washington Free Beacon that the Biden administration is "aware" of Smith's lobbying work. The company also claimed it does not have a "partnership" with CATL, given that its deal with the Chinese battery maker does not give it direct ownership in the Michigan factory. That structure, congressional Republicans have argued, is meant to exploit a loophole that allows Ford to receive taxpayer funds while still taking advantage of Chinese manufacturing.

Hill Republicans say Biden administration ignoring multiple oversight requests on $15B in USAID

"Members of Congress are responsible for ensuring that such funds are not unduly wasted on paying for awardee’s rent in Geneva or Rome or Paris," the Republicans said.

Congressional Republicans want answers from the Biden administration about funding the U.S. Agency for International Development gives to partner organizations, saying the agency has repeatedly denied request to hand over such data.

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-Texas) and Sen. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) are demanding answers in a letter Monday to USAID Administrator Samantha Power.

The agency issued nearly $15 billion last fiscal year but has yet to respond to multiple requests since November 2022 to break down its Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreements with more than 300 organizations and companies, many of which are stationed outside of the United States, the lawmakers say.

Ernst says she sent the agency in February a database of its publicly reported agreements for indirect cost, including rent, and that the agency responded by saying it is "legally restricted" from sharing such information with Congress. The agency followed up days later by saying that the information is "confidential."

"It is concerning that USAID refuses to provide information to Senator Ernst and myself on these troubling grounds," McCaul said letter. "As stewards of taxpayer dollars, members of Congress are responsible for ensuring that such funds are not unduly wasted on paying for awardee’s rent in Geneva or Rome or Paris."

The lawmakers are requesting for USAID to allow them to access the agency's rate database and provide documents about all indirect cost rates since Jan. 21, 2021 as well as materials about USAID's policies regarding the rates.

California: Legal challenge to stop Geoengineering launched

Solar Dimming, also known as stratospheric aerosol injection or colloquially as “chemtrails,” has been covertly underway for decades. Today, the negative consequences create an irreversible feedback loop as the world stays in denial.

After a winter of hell in California and skies adulterated by non-stop aerosol spraying, a substantial legal challenge has been launched against America’s biggest perpetrators. The perpetrators who are the subject of the legal challenge have not yet been named. “There’s a multitude of different reasons, a multitude of different agencies and players and actors involved,” Reinette Senum said. “It could be a university doing research, it could be a power company.”

Reinette Senum, former Mayor of Nevada City, California, can no longer simply sit and watch the geoengineering activities taking place and so has launched a legal challenge to stop it. “I am, and many of us are, sick and tired of being sitting ducks,” she said.

In the video below beginning at around timestamp 37 mins, host of Counterspeech Deana Pollard Sacks and Senum discussed the weaponisation of weather and why the legal challenge to stop geoengineering has been launched. Pollard Sacks was one of the attorneys who participated in the Grand Jury Proceeding by the Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion in early 2022. Now, she is leading the legal team that will challenge the geoengineering activities taking place in US skies.

“We’ve got a government out of control,” Pollard Sacks said, “and everyone seems to think: ‘Well, they’re the government they can do that’. No, they can’t.”

Multiple Corporations Begin Simultaneously Attacking Mother’s Day

Ahead of Mother’s Day 2023, numerous prominent corporations have begun simultaneously sending out emails to customers offering them the chance to opt out of receiving Mother’s Day-themed messages.

As reported by the Daily Caller, multiple screenshots posted to Twitter by various users depict strikingly similar messages from companies such as Hallmark, DoorDash, Kay’s Jewelers, Kroger, and Fry’s Food Stores, among others. The messages all feature very similar wording, leading many to consider the possibility of a coordinated campaign.

“We know Mother’s Day and Father’s Day can be sensitive times for some. If you’d like to opt out of our emails and push notifications for these holidays, please tap below,” says the email from Fry’s Food Stores.

“We know Mother’s Day can be a challenging time, which is why we want to know if you’d rather not receive Mother’s Day related emails,” the email from Kay’s reads.

“We understand that Mother’s Day can be a difficult time for some. Click the button below if you’d prefer to be removed from additional emails and push notifications this year,” says DoorDash.

The messages were called out by conservative commentators on Twitter, with Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk declaring that “Brands are bending over backwards to let customers ‘opt out’ of Mother’s Day. Can we opt out of Pride Month spam too?”

“Why is our culture so hateful of motherhood?” said Lila Rose, an anti-abortion activist.

Mother’s Day this year will be on Sunday, May 14th.

Pfizer Quietly Financed Groups Lobbying for COVID Vaccine Mandates

n the midst of a contentious debate about Chicago’s plan to force employers to require their workers to take the COVID-19 vaccine, Karen Freeman-Wilson, president of the Chicago Urban League, appeared on television to dismiss complaints that such rules would disproportionately harm the Black community.

“The health and safety factor here far outweighs the concern about shutting people out or creating a barrier,” Freeman-Wilson said on WTTW in August 2021.

Earlier that year, her group had received a $100,000 grant from Pfizer, the manufacturer of one of the most commonly used COVID-19 vaccines in the United States, for a project to promote "vaccine safety and effectiveness.” Although the Chicago Urban League is not normally shy about disclosing its corporate donors, the support from Pfizer is not listed in the “partners” section on its website. The drug industry funding likewise went unmentioned during the interview.

Pfizer’s grant to the Chicago Urban League was one of many that Pfizer made to nonprofits and trade organizations. Pfizer doled out special funding to groups across the country that lobbied in favor of government policies to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine.

The extensive list of those with funding from the pharmaceutical giant includes consumer, doctor, and medical groups, as well as public health organizations and civil rights nonprofits. Many of those groups did not disclose the funding they received from Pfizer while they were advocating for policies that would force workers to get the vaccine.

There were several different and sometimes overlapping vaccine mandates in the country. At the federal level, President Joe Biden issued an executive order, which was ultimately struck down in court, mandating vaccinations at all employers with 100 workers or more. A number of state and local governments forced public employees to get vaccinated and tried to force private-sector employers to follow suit. And many large employers required their employees to get vaccinated without any prodding from the government.

Critics of these employer mandates have noted that the majority of the proposed mandates, including Biden’s, made no exception for individuals with natural immunity through prior infection. Proponents of the mandates claimed that the vaccines would prevent transmission of COVID-19, an argument that lacked sound scientific basis at the time and has further unraveled.

“You’re not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations,” Biden falsely claimed in July 2021, as his administration and local governments were preparing mandate orders. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, similarly stated that vaccinated individuals "do not carry the virus."

Grassley Corroborates Whistleblower Claim: FBI Labeled Damning Evidence ‘Russian Disinfo’ To Protect Bidens

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, revealed in a floor speech on Tuesday that material reviewed by his investigative staff supported whistleblower allegations that the FBI falsely labeled evidence of potential criminal conduct by members of the Biden family “Russian disinformation.” While Grassley had previously discussed the whistleblower allegations, he now confirmed for the first time that an independent review of the pertinent records supported the accusations.

In response to last week’s announcement by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer that he planned to offer a resolution denouncing former President Donald Trump’s call to defund the FBI, Grassley excoriated Democrats for remaining silent while the country faced an uptick in violence against law enforcement officers and the radical left pushed to defund the police. The Iowa senator then chastised Democrats for offering a political resolution that ignored the weaponization of the FBI, proceeding then to catalog the DOJ and FBI’s many abuses.

Here, Grassley stressed that protected whistleblower disclosures made “clear that the FBI has within its possession very significant, very impactful, and very voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by members of the Biden family.”

“I know the FBI falsely labeled that evidence as Russian disinformation to bury it,” Grassley continued, revealing that his staff had “independently reviewed records” that support the whistleblower allegations.

Tuesday’s comments came some six months after Grassley revealed that the FBI had possession of “a series of documents relating to information on Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, and his business and financial associations with Hunter Biden.” According to an October 2022 news release and an accompanying letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, Grassley said:

The documents in the FBI’s possession include specific details with respect to conversations by non-government individuals relevant to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden. These documents also indicate that Joe Biden was aware of Hunter Biden’s business arrangements and may have been involved in some of them.

At the time, Grassley noted it was “unclear whether the FBI followed normal investigative procedure to determine the truth and accuracy of the information or shut down investigative activity based on improper disinformation claims in advance of the 2020 election…” The senator also expressed concern over whether Weiss had independently evaluated the evidence.

Grassley concluded his October 2022 letter by requesting from the DOJ and FBI all records from Jan. 1, 2014, forward “that reference Mykola Zlochevsky, Hunter Biden, James Biden and Joe Biden.” While his letter sought “all records,” Grassley explicitly highlighted several forms including, among others, FD-209a, which is used to record an “asset contract”; FD-794b, which is used to request a payment; FD-1023, which is used for a source report; and FD-1040a, which is used to close a source.

The specific documents requested suggest the whistleblower had claimed the FBI had a source that provided information on the Burisma owner and the Biden family.

While it is unclear whether the DOJ and FBI provided the documents, Grassley’s floor statement on Tuesday shows his office had access to records corroborating the whistleblower claims that the FBI buried evidence derogatory to the Biden family by framing it as Russian disinformation.

We The People AZ Alliance Files Lawsuit Against Maricopa County to Force Compliance With Public Records Request for Fraudulent 2022 Ballot Signatures – FILING INCLUDED

We The People AZ Alliance filed a new Special Action Complaint yesterday seeking a writ of mandamus ordering the Maricopa County Elections Department to produce public records relating to the inspection of all 2022 General Election Ballot Affidavit Envelopes, including mail-in, early voting, and late early ballot envelopes.

The lawsuit is signed off by We The People AZ co-founder and Maricopa County Republican Committee First-Vice Chair Shelby Busch.

This comes after We The People AZ sent a public records request to view these documents on April 5. According to the filing, “On April 10, 2023, the Public Records Custodian responded to Plaintiff WE THE PEOPLE’s request by stating, ‘pursuant to A.R.S. 16-168(F) and in the best interest of the state exception to the Public Records Act, the Recorder’s Office is denying your request.'”

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Maricopa County also refused to provide Kari Lake’s legal team with these public records and gave the same response. This was despite the Arizona Supreme Court’s recent order sending the erroneously dismissed signature verification fraud count in Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the rigged gubernatorial election back to the trial court for further review.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers also requested to view these public records in her capacity as Chairwoman of the Arizona Senate Elections Committee, which the County denied.

One can only infer that Maricopa County refuses to comply with these legal requests because they are hiding signature verification fraud.

More from the new lawsuit:

“It should be undisputed that the documents and information sought by Plaintiff are public records. Defendants have failed to produce or make such records available for inspection promptly, thereby disregarding their statutory obligations under Arizona’s Public Records Act.”

“Plaintiff seeks to inspect the affidavit under a statutory exemption, which broadly include ‘the voter, by an authorized government official in the scope of the official’s duties, for any purpose by an entity designated by the secretary of state as a voter registration agency pursuant to the national voter registration act of 1993 . . ., for signature verification on petitions and candidate filings, for election purposes and for news gathering purposes by a person engaged in newspaper, radio, television or reportorial work, or connected with or employed by a newspaper, radio or television station or pursuant to a court order.'”

“Defendants also denied Plaintiff access based on an undisclosed ‘best interest of the state’ exception. Here, the best interests of the state cannot be defined as preventing a Plaintiff from discovering the use of fraudulent signatures in the vote by mail process.

“Unlike the absolute prohibition on release of ballots and ballot images by A.R.S. § 16-625, A.R.S. § 16- 168(F) offers a wide range of exemptions, including highly partisan groups currently allowed access to the voter registration database by the Secretary of State, including Arizona Center for Disability Law, Arizona Student Association, Chicanos Por La Causa, Equality Arizona Foundation, Inspire2Vote – Project High Hopes, Mi Familia Vota, One Arizona, Phoenix Indian Center, Rock the Vote, and The Civics Center.”

“The affidavit envelopes are also not entitled to any privacy protections simply because they contain a signature. The individual signing the affidavit knowingly and intentionally signs the outside of the envelope before depositing that envelope into the stream of commerce. During its travels to Maricopa County, the affidavit envelope is handled by an unknown number of the public, including postal workers, private citizens, and employees of Runbeck, a private corporation retained to process and perform signature verification on affidavit envelopes.”

“Defendants’ failure to promptly produce the requested documents and information constitutes an effective denial of access to public records and prevents Plaintiffs from monitoring election activity in Maricopa County, the most populace county in Arizona.“
