With civilian leadership from @ASD_SOLIC, SOCOM will remain relevant as we combat our near peer adversaries. If SOCOM leadership rejects legally required civilian control, it’s chances of evolving beyond the glutinous CT mindset that has rewarded many senior leaders are slim.
