there seems to be automatic moderation with the text.
so when a known spam content comes up it is almost immediately deleted.
if it's just an image, then the automatic moderation doesn't happen.
someone needs to report it.
so if you see it, put in a report.
also it is good to notice that some of the moderators and bakers are working against the people who use the board.
as far as Jim: he's not involved with that unless it becomes a storm, or the dough is compromised and there are errors that the BV and bakers can't fix.
Jim is like the car dealer.
he sells the delivery van.
when the van is needing to be fixed, he can service it.
he is not involved with day-to-day moderation.
perhaps he contracted out and didn't realize that the teams would be subverted and he can't do anything about it, just as your car dealer has nothing to say if you start using your delivery van to do heists or robberies.
