Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, has been ordered by an Arkansas judge to appear in court on Monday.

Independence County Circuit Court judge Holly Meyer ordered Biden, and all parties involved with a paternity case, to appear in person.

Biden, who is the legal father of 32-year-old Lunden Roberts’ four-year-old child, Navy Joan Roberts, is accused of withholding evidence from the court and ignoring rulings for other courts throughout the long-fought paternity dispute.

Despite Biden’s claims that he is not the father of the child, who President Joe Biden himself also refuses to publicly acknowledge,a court ruled in November of 2019 that he is the child’s father after he was required to take a DNA test.

Judge Meyer ruled during a virtual hearing on Monday that both parents must appear before the court for “every” hearing she conducts.
