Maybe they were playing their parts, helping document the crimes so they could be stopped for good? Exposing 1 or 10 instances is not enuf to bring down the whole system. Look at the UK. Who cared about Savile? Prime Minister Heath? All the others? And all the cover ups? It was all made public and still not a thing has been done to punish anyone. Most of the general public didn't even care.
