GENERALLY SPEAKING, just as any organization (government, corporate, etc), the majority working there are good. That doesn't negate the fact that having corrupt leadership keeps them from going after the real criminals, their bosses. Said bosses are so interconnected and linked to other corrupt individuals in other departments, that to take a few out would do no good overall. The only real solution is to take out the entire network worldwide, bit by bit, WITHOUT triggering the corrupt to go scorched earth & take all (good bad, tool, citizens) down with them, and without disrupting the functions of the organizations needed by the people. How long do you think such a thing would take? 8 months? 17 months? How do you do so without starting a civil war? How do you counter 1000s of years of corruption. As slowly as possible. Think strategy, long game, balls, patience, and no need for immediate gratification. Take control of the battlefield (Earth) and get them to hang themselves. HOW LONG DOES THAT TAKE? Hint: longer than 17 months.
