Former President Donald Trump embraced a supporter imprisoned for being part of the mob that attacked the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021, during a New Hampshire diner stop on Thursday.
In an interview afterwards, QAnon adherent Micki Larson-Olson said she believed Trump was the real president and that former Vice President Mike Pence should be executed along with members of Congress who certified Joe Biden's election victory.
Their encounter came at the Red Diner, Manchester, as Trump posed for pictures with fans.
'She's a Jan 6er,' shouted someone as Larson-Olson, 54, tried to catch his attention.
'Where is she?' asked Trump before telling her: 'Listen, you just hang in there.
'You guys are gonna be okay.'
He then posed for a picture with the woman, who wasfound guilty on a misdemeanor charge of resisting policeefforts to clear the grounds, and signed the backpack she was wearing on the day.
Later she told NBC News she climbed the scaffolding set up for Biden's inauguration and clung on when police tried to remove her. It took six officers to remove her, she claimed, but had no regrets about her actions that day.
'My only regret is that I wasn’t stronger, that I couldn't hold on longer,' she said, adding that she had told officers she would not come down willingly.
'You can shoot me dead, for all I care, I'm not walking down these damn stairs.'
She said that she believed anyone who voted to certify Trump's defeat deserved to be executed.
'The punishment for treason is death, per the Constitution,' Larson-Olson said.
'I believe every single person, every single person that stole a voice from our collective voice of "We the people, of the people, for the people, by the people," deserves death, and no less than that.'
Top of her list, she said was Pence, who had a key role in certifying the results. She added she would like 'a front seat of Mike Pence being executed.'
Larson-Olson said she drove nearly 2,000 miles from Abilene, Texas, to see Trump deliver a campaign speech.
After serving a 180-day sentence, she said she had joined a spinoff of the QAnon extremist movement known as Negative 48.
Trump has said if elected he would pardon anyone charged on Jan. 6. And last month in Waco, Texas, opened a rally with a song featuring the 'J6 choir' made up of defendants awaiting trial.
Their encounter came on the day Pence testified under oath for seven hours before a grand jury as part of a federal investigation into Trump and his allies' efforts to overturn the election result.
In his New Hampshire speech, Trump trialled a new nickname for Biden.

Anon thought it was just me but the town felt "off" in a way most do not, figured it was from being "out of pocket" and so far from home but it wasn't that, it was the same feels as the Denver airport. I hated Stapleton but it wasn't creepy, just big and awkward.
