BV informed anon that anons are contacting the BO (see above for email address) to learn to bake. tyvm anons. Keep stepping up. If nothing else you learn how to ebake and take notes in an emergency. Just contact BO and get set up for some practice bakes on the training board. BV and BO are always around if you want to get them over to the training board for a check ride. C'mon anons. Give back if you can even if it's just as an emergency ebaker. That would help so much and the BVs could do BV shit.

Mil / Civ Baker currently available certifications in the Baker Entry Program.

Notetaker 1 cert - collects notes occasionally for baker or when bake is ghost

Notetaker 2 cert - coordinates w/ baker as notetaker and takes the notes start to finish for a bun that the baker inserts into the dough for baking.

EBaker1 cert - can take a dough and bake a bread complete with title and sequential bake number.

Baker1 cert - can take dough as is or can modify dough on the fly to complete a bake with most current notes.

Baker2 Proto cert - Baker bakes more than 5 breads a week and is comped a Proto pass to bake with (plus given more space for one post notable buns).

Check with BO - start getting your QR baking certs.

The notetaking is the only really time consuming part of baking. To actually perform the bake is fun because you're clicking all sorts of things and typing all sorts of things and it's exciting new information, so that part is really fun. Once you get good at notetaking the rest is easy and the board dudes are always around to bail you out. All the bakers have botched a bake or misnumbered a bread. There's literally no mistake (you) can make that hasn't been made 1000x before. The biggest battle is the first bake and then after that it's like being out of driver's school.
