I found the article from that magazine and it is as described in this post.

The article has four comments

and all of them are negative to the misrepresentation of St. Augustine.

I would leave a negative comment too, but I don't have anyway to post there because I don't 'join' Discuss or other things like that.

Anyone who is able to comment could go there and tell them nicely that their reasoning is bogus, and St Augustine is too well known to be a puppet in their woke fantasies.

Chonsky's narrative:

everything about the US sucks

everything I say is gospel

don't dare question me.

and the stupid thing is that it's his class of people

that make this country suck.

his type: the know it all got everything for nothing 'experts' because we say so types.

his narratives are so bogus it's sad.

if half of what he says is true then our nation is a vassal.

and he'd know full well 'vassal to who' because they are his bosses.

I doubt, anon, he'll read to the reveal that you give at the very end.

When I learned about 'Edom' and why they were hated that, to me, opened my eyes to things that I really don't discuss openly.

Most people never get that deeply into the story.

and to pretend I understand it well enough to discuss it? I don't really. but I do know that it's not a simple story to comprehend.

these people who dabble in psuedo scholarship here don't know enough to know when they sound like idiots.

and that one, he thinks he's clever, but clearly he's lacking understanding.

as I type this I see that he has posted to you, and clearly he didn't get to your reveal, the most basic thing to understand about Bibilcal scholorship and he pretends to some gnostic insider view that obviously is just wind chasing wind.

I hope you have a blessed week anon.

if you consider that The Moon is it's own planet, and

The Earth and moon are double planets, clearly The Moon effects the tides,

so there is that.

The tidal force of the Moon on the Earth also seems to trigger major earth quakes.

There was an eclipse when Jesus was crucified, it is said (the sky went dark for a while).

anyway, ya, astrology . . .it's east to try and dismiss it but as we have an electric universe, I think that the tidal effects of planets have some kind of effect.

like when the comet hit Jupiter some years back, like almost 20 years ago, how many atomic bombs were said to have equivalent energy?

it was a lot.

so, you're not really being wise to discount the motions of heavenly bodies.

people have studied these things for 10's of thousands of years.

they watched the skies, the kept records.

discounting what others learned before seems, to me, unwise.

Astrology? Oracles? being a skeptic is wise.

but ignoring the wisdom that is locked up in old stories is also unwise.

carry on. your brain isn't really that tiny, anon.
