If you're losing your hair as a man, avoid consuming 50g of carbs per day (in all forms, especially sugar) and avoid sitting on a chair as much as possible. Either lay down or find a way to have your legs stretched out in front of you. Avoid having your sciatica nerves cut off from chairs pushing up into your hamstrings.
Also don't stop taking your supplements, can take up to 2 years to see the full effect, similar to how it takes 2 years to restore damaged soil.
Literally top of my head is full of blonde baby hairs now after a decade of fighting off male pattern baldness from doing those things. Took only 2-3 months of keto and not sitting on a chair while using computer.
