My brother just said I'm a cabal leader , after knowing I've been fighting these shit heads for years, he is insane, says I'm a commie etc etc .He turns anything into a negative and blames me ……….a homeless toothless person for being a cabal leader ,he is mentally ill. I catch him mouthing words and staring at the wall , he is constantly under attack from ear ringing ,which I believe because I experience it too ,but he doesnt say he hears voices , but I've heard and seen him talking to himself. He won't take medicine or see a doctor, what should I do.
