When possible NEVER embed stuff like that, download and upload videos on here instead.
That way they are safe and will get archived.
If you don't do that, and the twatter/gabber/whatever gets deleted, it will be gone.

Take for example this post:

You click on the PLAY button, so the video starts playing.
Now you right-click on it, you get a context menu, allowin you to either get the link to the mp4, or directly download it.
Afterwards you upload the file onhere.
If it's too lare,you can either downscale it, or cut it. For example using LosslessCutter.
