Ok, that's creepy. I just thought this exact line, almost verbatim, the other day when I wondered, "how would I answer someone who asks, 'How do I let God in to my house?'"
I thought, "Simple. Just open the door and invite God in. He's been waiting for you this wole time, anyways."
I did it.
Had a smoke and before I came in, I said the lord's prayer and invited God in as I re-entered.
The only reason I do anything to or for anyone anymore is to please myself. I don't care about anything or anybody else in life right now. I'm at a point in my life where all I want to do is satisfy one single desire. That single desire is take care of the lives that God has given me. I love my family. I miss my old one too. All the laughter and argueing. The best of times and the worst of times. I wish I could have it all back, the Family. I want to create a good family again. Not just for me, but for God, too.
I can say I'm 2 closed fists long and like 3/4 the girth of my wrist. How bout you?
