The E-Brake/parking brake is cable system to rear wheels only.
The other braking system is basically computer controlled, as is the engine.
A hack could easily make the engine rev, and brakes fail, and even shifting impossible, and doors lock, etc. But would not disable the e-brake, which would smoke and have little effect if the vehicle has more than 150hp or so it would overcome the e-brake, assuming a weaker libtard transgender driver having less muscular ability to pull the cable driven brake handle, the braking ability would be even less.
