You ever have a boss so impressed with your work, they ask you to "write it up" and show everyone how you "do it"?
Then the boss makes "your" process, THE PROCESS, and then fires you, before driving the ship into the rocks trying to run the place with a copy of your "ideas" instead of with someone who knows how to think (YOU)?
Training people to follow the flowchart leads to wildly different results than training people how to do the job.
