''anon had a spiritual-encounter ~1988, while reading Ezekiel. Not in a Church at the time, not on drugs either and no man convinced me of anything but the spirit of God led anon thru the bible after this initial encounter to show me the truth about Jesus. Only thing I can say about why this happened is that I was hungry for truth and had been seeking for some time prior to it. I was shocked at the time that God is real and personal and not just some made up idea that some men dreamed up for use as a religious crutch.
