So what you do is you soak your tortilla in water briefly, then put that in a pan and then pour your eggs on top of that, then just add all the things you would want like chili sauce or cheese or sausage. And just fold it …so its kinda like an omelette and a burrito I have tried to make it with limited success. More of my cooking skills than taste.
