Had to go out twice today to shop but on the second time the people to the east of me had some type of strange spillage in front of their house that was in my pathway. It looked like a owners manual wrapped in plastic but it had been smashed on the ground and a white liquid was emitted from the back of the package. Been under attack for over 45 days now and couldn't stop to investigate due to previous cornea problems from other neighbor. When I came back using the opposite side, that neighbor had a new pungent chemical odor I have never experienced before. There is no coincidences that on days of attack, that no one is in the street nor outside their properties and other days they seem to be all out at once: mowing, playing, planting, cleaning, exercise, etc…. It might still be in the street if you could investigate. I believe this is the same substance based on how it splattered that is being vented in the air; it looks like unbreakable crescent sharp white needles that range in size similar from peach fuzz to small nail clippings.
