funny, I just gave that up a month ago focusing instead on a high protein diet and losing weight.

Less interest in food I'm now able to fast eaiser.

24 - 72hr fasts shrink the size of the belly so my meals are smaller.

Dump carbs.

Proteins are the way to a healthier life.
