Investor Stephen Deckoff reportedly has purchased the infamous property for $60 million

The two Caribbean islands that once belonged to deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have been bought by a billionaire private equity executive who plans to turn them into a luxury resort.

SD Investments LLC, an investment firm led by Stephen Deckoff, announced the acquisition of the islands, Great St. James and Little St. James, on its website on Wednesday.

Part of the US Virgin Islands, the properties had been on the market for over a year and were sold for $60 million, less than half of the original $125 million asking price, according to Forbes. Boasting a mansion, several guest villas, a helipad, and numerous pools, the property was allegedly used for years by Epstein to sexually abuse young women and traffic children.

“Mr. Deckoff plans to develop a state-of-the-art, five-star, world-class luxury 25-room resort that will help bolster tourism, create jobs, and spur economic development in the region, while respecting and preserving the important environment of the islands.” according to the statement from SD Investments.

“A significant portion of the sale proceeds” are to be paid to the government of the Virgin Islands under a previous settlement agreement with Epstein’s estate.

According to Forbes, Deckoff, a resident of the US Virgin Islands, is worth $3 billion. He is a co-founder of private equity firm Black Diamond Capital Management, which manages $9 billion in assets.

Disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein died in a Manhattan federal prison in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking. A decade earlier he was convicted of soliciting prostitution from a minor, for which he was registered as a sex offender. According to the prosecution, among his victims were girls possibly as young as 11 years of age.

Biden regime official says forcing Americans into poverty by getting rid of jobs is a GOOD thing to save planet from “climate change”

A communist hack named Deb Haalan who works for fake president Joe Biden as his Secretary of the Interior believes that depriving Americans of job opportunities and plunging the country into poverty and economic collapse is a good thing because it aligns with the Biden regime’s climate change goals.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) recently grilled Haalan on the matter, probing her for some kind of logical answer as to why the Biden regime is killing off the American economy and how this can possibly be good for the American people, the vast majority of whom did not vote for this kind of thing.

In the following video, Haalan is seen and heard explaining to Hawley how it is better for the health of the planet if Americans lose their jobs, along with their economic stability, while starving in feudal poverty – all while communist China gets all the jobs, all the companies, and all the industries.

“Jobs for blue-collar workers in this nation are valuable resources. The livelihood and well-being of American families are valuable resources. The ability of America to have our own industry and not be dependent on China is a valuable resource. Why should those things, for millions of Americans, be sacrificed in favor of your agenda for radical climate change?” Hawley asked Haalan, to which she responded:

“Senator, I know that, uh, there’s, like, 1.9 jobs for every American in the country right now. So, I know there’s a lot of job …”

It was at this moment that Hawley laughingly interrupted Haalan to ask her if she was really suggesting that there are somehow too many jobs available in the country, to which she responded:

“Well, I’m saying that we don’t have enough people. That’s why we are having a hard time finding folks to work in our department.”

The Biden regime hates blue-collar workers

The exchange continued with a flabbergasted Hawley pressing Haalan a second time about her suggestion that there are too many jobs in America right now, which somehow justifies exporting more of them to communist China away from the American people.

Hawley explained that over the last 20 years, more than three million American jobs were outsourced to China – and many of these were higher-paying blue-collar jobs that are no longer available to working-class Americans in need.

“Senator, we are working hard every single day. There are, we have processed 20 mining applications – 20 mines or mining modification permits since January of 2021 – we are moving forward, we are doing our jobs, we are fulfilling our mission …”

Hawley once again interrupted Haalan to clarify that she was lying about approving more mining permits. In truth, the Biden regime is doing the exact opposite of what Haalan claimed during the hearing.

“You’re not moving forward; you’re moving backward,” Hawley stated unequivocally. “You’re shutting down and denying permits for mines in this country where we can develop our own resources. You’re shutting down oil and natural gas permits. You’re approving taxes and royalties that deliberately suppress American energy development in favor of a climate agenda, and now you’re sitting here telling me that there are too many jobs in this country.”

“I want to take the strongest possible exception to that comment, and to that entire mentality, which I think reflects the mentality of your administration that when it comes to blue-collar workers in this country, you’re on your own – good luck.”

MTG Says She Has “Staggering” Evidence Of Hunter Biden’s Alleged Sex Trafficking Crimes

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has come forward with shocking allegations of alleged sex trafficking crimes involving Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden. In an interview with Benny Johnson, Greene stated that she has “staggering” evidence of the alleged crimes in Hunter Biden’s bank records.

According to Greene, the evidence she has seen includes SARS reports and bank statements that allegedly show the exchange of money between Hunter Biden and known prostitutes.

She went on to say that many of the women involved are from Russia and Ukraine, and that there are serious concerns that they may have been held in sex slavery.

“This is true human sex trafficking of people that are not even citizens. And the question is, were they being held in some sort of sex slavery?” Greene said in the interview. “These are the crimes that the FBI and the Department of Justice should be investigating and prosecuting with Hunter Biden because the evidence is all there and the women are easily accessible and you can talk to them and call them in as witnesses.”

Greene also expressed her disgust at Hunter Biden’s alleged actions, calling him a “purely disgusting, vile human being” and stating that his alleged crimes are an embarrassment to the nation.

The House Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Federal Government will receive testimony from two top intelligence officials who were behind a push to label the Hunter Biden laptop as 'disinformation' as the investigations into President Biden's son ramp up.

Former CIA Director James Brennan will give a transcribed interview on May 11 and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper on May 17, a source familiar with the plans told DailyMail.com.

Both Brennan and Clapper signed a letter by 51 former intelligence officials who claimed Hunter's laptop had 'all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.'

The subcommittee, led by Chairman Jim Jordan of Ohio, has already interviewed Mike Morrell, a former deputy CIA director and acting CIA director, who said that a conversation with Biden's Secretary of State Antony Blinken 'absolutely' triggered his interest in organizing the letter, which went out just before the 2020 election.

Biden and his campaign at the time cited the letter as reason to discredit the laptop.

Jordan and House Intel Chair Mike Turner sent a letter to Blinken last week telling him that they were examining the letter.

Israel seized Binance crypto accounts to 'thwart' Islamic State - report

The owner of the two Islamic State-linked Binance accounts seized by Israel was a 28-year-old Palestinian called Osama Abuobayda.

Israel has seized around 190 crypto accounts at crypto exchange Binance since 2021, including two it said were linked to Islamic State and dozens of others it said were owned by Palestinian firms connected to the Islamist Hamas group, documents released by the country's counter-terror authorities show.

Israel's National Bureau for Counter Terror Financing (NBCTF) on Jan. 12 confiscated two Binance accounts and their contents, one of the documents on the NBCTF's website showed. The seizure was to "thwart the activity" of Islamic State and "impair its ability to further its goals," the NBCTF said on its website.

The NBCTF document, which has not been previously reported, did not give any details on the value of the crypto seized, nor how the accounts were connected to Islamic State.

Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange by trading volumes, did not respond to Reuters' calls and emails seeking comment.

Israel's defense ministry, which is responsible for the NBCTF, did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.

Republicans have expressed concerns for months that Democrats would try to shift blame for the classified documents scandal away from Biden to Chung.

House Oversight committee Democrats are attempting to shift the blame away from President Biden and his family for the classified documents found in his home and office while also saying statements on the matter by committee GOP Chairman James Comer regarding former Biden aide Kathy Chung are "xenophobic" and "racist."

Committee Democrats released the 16-page memo Wednesday to show "the extent to which Committee Republicans have lied about Ms. Chung, including the purpose of her position in the White House," said Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin, the panel's top Democrat.

The documents were discovered earlier this year and are from the Obama administration, under which Chung served and Biden was vice president.

The memo includes excerpts from a transcribed interview that Comer, a Kentucky Republican, held with Chung last month. It also states that Comer "made absurd statements misrepresenting" Chung's position in the Obama administration, in which Biden was the vice president, and he "amplified baseless, xenophobic, and racist conspiracy theories" about Chung on the news while "incorrectly" claiming that she provided "startling" information during the interview.

The memo also states Chung testified that no one from the Biden family was involved in packing nor did they instruct her on what to pack.

"Chung also confirmed that she did not review or study the materials she unpacked from the boxes she had originally packed at the end of the Obama-Biden Administration," the memo also states.

She later unpacked and repacked some of Biden's materials in 2020 and 2022, the memo states.

However, while the memo appears to try to take away the blame from Biden and Chung, it doesn't say who was responsible.

Colorado teacher's union passes resolution stating 'capitalism inherently exploits children': report

College and high school history instructor Bryan Lindstrom proposed the resolution.

The Colorado Education Association, the largest union in the state, reportedly approved a resolution stating that it believes "capitalism requires exploitation of children."

The resolution states: "The CEA believes that capitalism inherently exploits children, public schools, land, labor and resources. Capitalism is in opposition to fully addressing systemic racism (the school to prison pipeline), climate change, patriarchy (gender and LGBTQ disparities), education inequality, and income inequality," The Lion, a Christian education publication, reported Wednesday.

The second sentence is the originally proposed resolution read: "The only way to fully address systemic racism (the school to prison pipeline), climate change, patriarchy (gender and lgbtq disparities), education inequality, and income inequality is to dismantle capitalism and replace it with a new, equitable economic system."

The original resolution also stated that its reason for being submitted is because teachers "are constantly using band-aids and minor reforms to make things better, which is good, but the system itself is the problem and it needs to be named."

College and high school history instructor Bryan Lindstrom proposed the resolution.

Lindstorm retweeted a post stating the resolution allows the union to "publicly advocate" and "lobby for anti-capitalist policies" at the Colorado state capitol.

The national branch of the union, the National Education Association, has been embroiled in controversy in recent years. For example, in December, reports emerged that the union reportedly engaged in substantial coordination and collaboration with the Education Department over policy making. The union also opposed the Republican-led Parents Bill of Rights Act.

Reid Hoffman, the co-founder of LinkedIn, who has donated millions to Democrats over the years, went to Epstein’s notorious island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Hoffman told The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), which broke the news from records it reviewed, that he was trying to convince Epstein to donate to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he helps advise the MIT Media Lab.

Hoffman was also scheduled to sleep at Epstein’s townhouse in New York City in 2014.

Hoffman, who could not be reached, told The Journal he regrets how he interacted with Epstein after the latter pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution.

“It gnaws at me that, by lending my association, I helped his reputation, and thus delayed justice for his survivors,” Hoffman said. “While I relied on MIT’s endorsement, ultimately, I made the mistake, and I am sorry for my personal misjudgment.”
