Most of us learned during GY shift, morning shift's a little faster. Kek. Real test is the 22 minute Q posts, hope you get a chance to find out.
If you plan to bake often, can become a Reporter or get a Proto pass. Former is handy for posting notables during the bake. Latter helps when Proto is activated.

Mostly what matters is that sauce is given.
Bakers should not have to spend a lot of time checking sauce, except if it looks like a real rag, I do end up doing quick checks for that
If bread is fast, I ask for sauce or get it myself
If it's really busy, i skip anything wo/sauce, that's not our job as bakers, anons can always NOM - they can also get good sauce
