Typically, judges have absolute immunity with regards to their judicial functions, including rulings. If a judge were found to be corrupt, he or she can be removed from the bench, but it won't effect his or her past rulings, unless the corruption specifically involves those rulings or the parties involved. Past rulings of said judges won't be nullified, unless overruled on legal grounds by a later/higher court.
