"In the U.S., New York, and also most of north eastern states in the U.S. also had high infection fatality rates in the first wave. Not surprising! The governors sent COVID-19 patients to nursing homes! So, we just did exactly the opposite of what we had to do. We closed young people, told them you cannot study, you cannot see your mates, you just shut yourself in. And, we sent COVID-19 patients into nursing homes so that everyone can be infected and die. It's just completely mind-blowing."
