Doubt it…the cartels want to go back to business as usual. If one of the big cartels wanted to send the US a message like this, it would be done with a team and they would've trapped them and massacred them by the dozens.
This looks like a radicalized psycho of the MSM race baiting. If the MSM tries to twist this any other way just bathes them in innocent blood. They are demons in estimation, so they enjoy this because it causes pain and loosh in the good people.
