Something is off here… Allen, Texas Police Department Twitter page states "At 3:36 p.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023, an Allen Police Department officer on an unrelated call heard gunshots at Allen Premium Outlets. The officer engaged the suspect and neutralized the threat. He then called for emergency personnel."

However, the alleged "dash cam" footage shows the Active Shooter start shooing at about 14:55 hours… assuming that dash cam footage is from an actual law enforcement vehicle and the camera's time clock is accurate.

That's a huge time discrepancy.

The suspect's left hand tattoo is of the Huelga Bird, made famous my Cesar Chavez.

California Mexican street gangs and California Mexican prison gangs adopted the Huelga Bird tattoo in the late 1960s.

Currently in California, Mexican Norteno-affiliated street gangs and Nuestra Familia CA prison gang members still wear the Hulega Bird tattoo as a gang affiliation tattoo.

The Huelga Bird Mexican gang tattoo has spread to other states like Texas and Arizona.

Assuming this suspect is a prison gang member or even a local street gang affiliate, I doubt the Texas Syndicate would allow a local Texas gang to fly a "City of Dallas" tattoo… unauthorized prison gang and street gang ink can carry deadly consequences.
