Kind of rude to just announce you are taking notes without asking the baker first if that is welcome. A coordinated effort is often welcomed, but most bakers report for duty to do the whole job of collecting notes and creating the new threads with updated dough.

Practice on the side on your own regularly and compare your notes to what bakers came up with. If you have way more, figure out why. If good stuff truly is missing, you can always post a mini bun of things you think should have made the notables and maybe the next baker will pick them up.
