Dude, you know nothing about the internet. You MAC address isn't passed in the HTTP headers. Log an HTTP header and look for yourself. You have a user agent which is easily changed.
The best that could be done is a device fingerprint, which can be changed easily as well. Learn a little about computers before being so confident in your statements.
