He said the world reached peak govt. in either 2015.75 or 2016.75 or the third quarter. I've read it as peak socialism also. It fits with the world calling bs on global government. He thinks sovereign public debt is bad place to be but seems not to have the same bearish sentiment about private debt or equity. There is something to cycles, IMHO.
