Anyone know enough about bitcoin to explain the withdraws and the increase in mining fees? Are these related? If someone pulls out or "cashes in" bitcoins are mining fees related? Seems like it would have the OPPOSITE EFFECT…like fees would go DOWN with more bitcoin available…
