Kari's side will be filing a motion to reconsider with a report attached showing proof Maricopa conducted secret testing of tabulators after Logic and accuracy test was completed and all machines by law should have been sealed for election day. Also shows 260 out of 400 tabulators failed on 3 days Oct. 12, 14 and 17 but they used them anyway. ( sounds like they tested to make sure failure was going to happen before election day)
